Information and knowledge are great things, however too much information can short circuit our everyday life. Here is what I mean: In order for us to benefit from the information that we gather, we need to take the time to process some of this information and we need to pick and choose what serves our lives. Too much information leads to Information Overload!!! As I mentioned before, information can be a good thing, if we can pick and choose what is useful to us and discard the rest. On the contrary we are taking more and more information and we are adding to what we already have and that result is "Information Overload."
With one click on your smart phone, PC and tablets, you have access to massive information. Not to mention media like TV, radio, news...etc.
Information is also involuntarily given to us even when we don't ask for it. So what can we do about it? How can we manage all this information that we have and the information that we continue to receive?
Today, I will share some suggestions to help you manage some of the information you have and I will teach you how to be selective of the information you receive..

Here is to your success!

Cheers!
