1)      Quit putting things off until tomorrow. Yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not here, but you have today, so what are you doing with it?

2)      Quit feeling sorry for yourself. Take leadership of yourself and get out of the victim mindset. (Stop Whining).

3)      Quit pleasing others. It’s OK to say NO to make room for the yes.

4)      Quit avoiding your problems. Deal with them, one problem at time.

5)      Quit having expectation of others. Use the right communication to get what you want.
